1. Service provider

These terms govern use of the PDFko web service.

2. Service description

PDFko enables you to:

• upload a PDF document,
• create a stable public link,
• generate a QR code for the public link,
• display the PDF via a public page,
• replace the PDF without changing the public link or QR code,
• view basic open counts, if available.

3. Acceptance

By using PDFko, creating an account or uploading a document, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. User account

• you may sign in via Google or email magic link,
• you are responsible for access to your email and account,
• you provide accurate information needed to operate the account,
• you must not share access in a way that enables abuse.

5. Uploading and publishing PDFs

• you are responsible for all uploaded PDF documents,
• you must have the right to upload and share them,
• you must not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive or infringing content,
• do not upload sensitive or confidential documents you do not want publicly accessible,
• anyone with the public link or QR code may open the document.

6. Public links and QR codes

• PDFko creates a stable public URL for each document,
• the QR code points to this public URL,
• when you replace a PDF, the public link does not change,
• you are responsible for where you print or share the QR code,
• PDFko cannot recall QR codes already printed or distributed.

7. Free plan and future paid plans

The free version (MVP) may include limits, for example one active document per user. PDFko may introduce paid plans in the future. Pricing, features and billing terms will be shown before purchase.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, temporarily suspend or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve the service or security.

9. Prohibited use

• unauthorized access to the system or other accounts,
• overloading the service or bypassing technical limits,
• uploading malware or harmful content,
• phishing, fraud or deceptive documents,
• distributing unlawful content via public links,
• automated abuse or bulk scraping of the service.

10. Content removal

We may remove, deactivate or restrict a document or account if it violates these terms, may be unlawful, infringes third-party rights, threatens security or stability, or is required by law.

11. Intellectual property

The PDFko brand, design, source code and service content belong to the provider or its licensors. You retain rights to your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant a limited technical license to store, process and display the document as needed to operate the service.

12. Third-party services

PDFko may use third-party infrastructure for hosting, database, storage, authentication, email and DNS. The provider is not liable for outages caused by third parties beyond reasonable control.

13. Limitation of liability

The service is provided in early/MVP form "as is". The provider is not liable for damage caused especially by user-uploaded content, incorrect or outdated documents, public sharing of sensitive data by users, use of printed QR codes outside provider control, outages or abuse.

Verify what you upload and who you share the public link with before publishing.

14. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Termination

• you may stop using the service at any time,
• the provider may restrict or terminate accounts for violations or security reasons,
• to request account or document deletion, email info@smartleads.sk.

17. Governing law

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. We aim to resolve disputes by agreement first.
